New kitten, now what?

Congratulations on your new kitten!

Kittens are as vulnerable as they are adorable, which is why they need protection against many diseases.

Spaying/Neutering/Declawing

We recommend spaying and neutering at 4-6 months of age.
Declawing is an optional procedure for your cat and depends on your own preference and the cat's clawing or destructive behavior. We recommend declawing your cat as early as 12 weeks of age (must weigh atleast 3lbs). This procedure, however, can also be performed later in life or at the same time as spaying or neutering.
